来日公演を見る前に、BW版からツアー版へどこが変更になったのか？どこに注意して見るか？
完全に自分用のまとめです。BW版を見ていない人にはネタバレなだけですｗ

BW版から消滅したと思われる曲は青色、ツアー版の新曲と思われる曲は赤色、緑色は何らかの変更があった可能性ありです。
BW版の曲目はサントラ準拠、ツアー版はサントラが存在しないので曲目は台本準拠でしょうか。

緑色の曲の内、We Own the Night （Reprise) は新しいシーンの可能性がありますが、その他 Circus of Your Mind, Stronger, Something About This Night の3曲はサントラでは1曲扱いだけど、台本では独立したシーンとして表記されているのでは？というのがBW版を思い起こした上での予想。
ではありますが、もしかすると多少の変更が加えられているのかもしれません。

青色と赤色の曲、すなわち差し替えになった曲は物語の最初と最後で、とにかくここが定まらないのがFinding Neverlandなんだなあと。
1幕頭と2幕最後はトライアウト→BW→ツアー、その都度楽曲ごと変更されているわけ。
ちなみに1幕最初の曲はBWでプレビュー中にも変更されています。（この辺はネットに転がっている動画でも確認できます）

個人的に一番気になるのが2幕ラスト、これがトライアウトでは”All That Matters”→BWでは”When Your Feet Don’t Touch the Ground”→ツアーでは”Believe”に変更されている。

Finding Neverlandで一番の大きなテーマは”Believe”なので、ラストが”Belive”というのは妥当な変更なのかもしれない。
でも曲調を考えると、今ひとつ物語のラストにはふさわしくないようにも感じる。編曲で解決する問題なのかもしれませんが。
ラストに”Belive”というのは、自分でも考えていた案だけど、エンディング後にカテコが良いと思っていた。
さらに気になるのがその2幕ラストでの演出、Finaleの”When Your Feet Don’t Touch the Ground”の最後で、バリと4兄弟、それに加えてデュモリエ夫人の6人（新しい家族）には妖精がついていることを示す演出があったのです。（ちなみにプレビュー開始時は見られず、おそらく開幕前に追加されたようです）
BW公演開始後の最後の土壇場で追加された演出ですが、これがピタリとハマってる。プレビューでラストのPixel Dust衝撃体験から1年後、再度観劇時に最も感動したのがこの追加演出でした。
バリと4兄弟だけじゃなくデュモリエ夫人も”Belive”の力を取り戻し、6人が新しい家族になったことを明確に示しているわけです。
ラストの曲が差し替えになった結果、この場面が残っているのかどうか？そこが最大の関心事で、万一カットになっていた場合は私のFinding Neverlandへの評価はガタ落ちになること間違い無いでしょう。
